- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 40-year-old farmer with Hoffmann's syndrome, a rare type of hyphothyroidism. He has a history of limb weakness and difficulties in accomplishing his daily routine of activities. The clinical examinations shows large tongue, hoarse voice, and dry coarse skin. The article discusses Hoffmann's Syndrome, pseudo hypertrophy etiology in Hoffmann's Syndrome, and the level of creatine phosphokinase of the patient.
