- Abstract
The article focuses on the importance of internal communication during times of crisis in business enterprises. It is emphasized that every corporate crisis is unique, and can be caused by events relating to products, services and production. The role of social media such as Twitter, Youtube and Facebook in the portrayal of public opinion regarding corporate conflicts or crises is addressed.
