- Abstract
Single-cell transcriptomics of mouse lung reveal inflammatory memory neutrophils in allergic asthma The results suggest that asthma may reprogram neutrophil populations, causing the expansion of the G-CSFR SP hi sp Fc RIIb SP + sp neutrophil subpopulation, which may represent memory neutrophils. G-CSFR (encoded by I Csf3r i ), a universal neutrophil marker required for neutrophil differentiation, was highly expressed in all the neutrophil subsets, while Fc RIIb was exclusively expressed in the memory subpopulation.
