- Abstract
This article presents a commentary note on the forensic research of cases of child abuse. The research described in this article is supposed to be an important step towards improving understanding of children as witnesses of child abuses. The research supposedly provides valuable empirical support for reforms designed to make testifying less stressful for children. It is supposed that the research finding will improve the ability of the legal system to foster children's emotional well-being while protecting rights of individuals accused of child abuse.
