- Abstract
This article discusses the effectiveness of some agents for the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). It identifies the side effects of chemothery for HL, including myelo-suppression with associated cytopenias. It examines the effects of CD30, a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor protein, on patients with HL. Small molecule agents that are under investigation for the treatment of HL are given, including antiapoptotic, HDAC inhibitors and AKT inhibitor.
