- Abstract
The article discusses the experiment on the structure-activity relationship of conjugated compounds which were synthesized with imidazole and coumarin derivatives against Hepatitis C virus. Topics mentioned include the results exhibited the values and selective indeces against the virus, the modification of the structure which increased the potency and selectivity, and the provide of the guidelines for development of the compounds as anti-viral agents.
