- Abstract
Our summary contains the main lung developmental disorders, recognizeable even at the intrauterin life, which could only be diagnosed only at the onset of clinical signs in childhood, thus delaying even early definitive care. Pulmonary disorders detected during intrauterine life should be closely monitored during prgnancy with the involvement of a pediatric pulmonolgist and pediatric surgeon. These mothers in some cases require childbirth guidance at center with neonatal intensive care unit. Some of the laesoins may already regression in utero, or may remain asyptomatic after birth, so their proper follow-up will also be a joint task of the co-profession.
