- Abstract
In this paper, three-dimensional copper collector prepared via de-alloying is studied. Box-Behnken design, an experimental design for response surface methodology (RSM), was used to create a set of 15 experimental runs needed for optimising the operating conditions. The experimental results show that the optimisation minimum is that molar number of NaOH solution is 1 M. Area specific capacitance is 2.63 mA h/cm2. Response surface methodology could be effectively adopted to optimise the operating multifactors in complex three-dimensional copper collector prepared process. The model provides the optimum conditions as follows: copper quantity of 0.1 g, and aluminium quantity - 0.1 g.
