- Abstract
The authors discuss quality measurement that emphasizes on patient experience throughout the health care system to achieve high quality care delivery. He says that collaboration between the public and private sectors is required for effective measurement system which is implied by the alignment of financing and private-sector care delivery in the U.S. He states that quality measurement must be applicable to all medical practices and must minimize the data collection pressure.
