- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the synthesis and thermomechanical characterization of polyurethane (PU) elastomers prepared by the reaction of poly(e-caprolactone) and 4,40-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, which was extended with a series of chain extenders (CE). Fourier transform infrared, hydrogen-nuclear magnetic resonance (H-NMR), and carbon-nuclear magnetic resonance (C-NMR) spectroscopy were used in studying the chemical structures of the synthesized PU samples.
