- Abstract
Mesulam I et al i . claimed that we ignored their hypotheses for resolving the Wernicke conundrum. In their Letter to the Editor (doi:10.1093/brain/awac482), Dr Mesulam and colleagues provided their opinion on our recent paper in I Brain i entitled 'The Wernicke conundrum revisited: evidence from connectome-based lesion-symptom mapping'. In closing, we very much appreciate the opportunity to engage on these topics, and welcome further discussion, debate and research concerning the provocative hypotheses proposed by Mesulam I et al i . to resolve the Wernicke conundrum.
