- Authors

- Abstract
To date, there has been little use of Management Science techniques by land developers. But the land development business is changing; the rising value of real estate has made traditional "quick development" a less attractive plan. Both the number of regulatory approvals required and the extent of detailed analyses required to justify each are increasing. Management Science techniques are one way the developer can handle these new complexities. This paper details an application of Management Science techniques to solve one real problem.
