- Abstract
Ovarian cysts arc relatively common in the adolescent, but cystic neoplasms of epithelial origin are seen infrequently. The case is presented of a 15-year-old female with an ovarian serous cystadenoma—the largest such ovarian cyst reported in this age group. The differential diagnosis of ovarian cysts in adolescents is reviewed.
