- Abstract
A 37 year-old man admitted our clinic with myokardial infarcts and syncope. Physical examination revealed a lack of radial artery pulse, blood pressure difference between left (80/50 mmHg) and right (110/70) arms, and the carotid bruits heard at left neck. Angiography revealed a severe circumflex stenosis (90%), normal carotid arteries and a critical (70%) stenosis of the subclavian artery proximal to the left vertebral artery origin. With these findings, circumflex and subclavian arteries stenting were performed. After the procedure, the patient was asymptomatic and regained palpable left radial pulse and lacking the carotid bruit.
