- Abstract
The article presents a case of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy in a 74-year-old male patient having Class IV heart failure, low-flow low-gradient aortic stenosis and severe functional mitral regurgitation. It depicts that various symptoms in the patient were detected using Coronary Angiography and Transthoracic Echocardiogram methods. Topics discussed include Cardiac Resynchronization-Defibrillator Therapy (CRT-D) for heart failure and the improvement shown by the patient after this.
