- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 57 year old male with dyspnoea, cough and weight loss for a month. It states that computed tomography scan (CT) of chest showed large mediastinal mass pressing main pulmonary artery, large pericardial effusion and no pulmonary embolism. It mentions that Right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) obstruction caused by extrinsic mass was found showing higher pressures in right ventricular (RV) chamber in systole and diastole, followed by excision biopsy.
