- Abstract
The article presents a study concerning the use of Model of Emissions of Gases and Aerosols from Nature Version 2.1 (MEGAN2.1) to estimate emissions of compounds from ecosystems that influence the atmosphere. It says that it is an update from the previous version described for isoprene emissions in MEGAN 2.0, and monoterpene and sesquiterpene emissions in MEGAN 2.02. It adds that compounds which contribute estimated emission include methanol, ethanol, and acetaldehyde.
