- Abstract
This document provides a summary of a study conducted on instructional strategies used by Business, Marketing, and Information Technology teachers in the United States. The study collected data through a survey that included demographic questions and Likert-type scale questions on instructional strategies. The top three most commonly used strategies were interactive lecture, guided practice, and project-based learning. The study also analyzed the data based on different demographic categories such as region, school type, certification method, and years of experience. The findings showed that there were no significant differences in the use of instructional strategies across most demographic categories, except for years of experience. Overall, the study provides insights into the pedagogical practices of Business, Marketing, and Information Technology teachers in the K-12 education setting. The study suggests that identifying effective instructional strategies could improve teacher education programs and student outcomes in business education.
