- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to evaluate the permeation kinetics of turpentine oil (TO) on diclofenac diethylamine (DDA) of two model membranes, namely Polydimethysiloxane and rabbit skin membrane. The study made use of digital potential of hydrogen (pH)-meter to determine the pH of all solutions and a Brookfield viscometer to determine the measurement of viscocity. The result of the study shows that there was a trend of increase with the increase in the enhancer's concentrations in the solution as demonstrated by the input-rate of active from all solutions.
