- Abstract
The article focuses on the study which aims to demonstrate simple and innovative approach to fabricate polymeric hydrogel in consideration to polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-based constructs. It mentions that the PDMS surface used in the study was chemically grafted with alginate after series of modification steps such as oxidation, silanization, and conjunction of alignate. The study shows that PDMS substrates could not be determined if the hydrogel was prepared using radical polymerization.
