- Abstract
The article presents a study which investigated the association of serum retinol and α-tocopherol concentrations with the body mass index of morbidly obese patients and nonalcoholic fatty live disease. It is stated that obesity has a major impact on public health because of its role as a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smimov statistics between different study groups are explained.
