- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 37-year-old woman diagnosed of femoroacetabular impingement. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a torn anterior labrum, while radiographs did not show any hip joint disease. When the pain reappeared after the first operation, a digastric trochanteric flip approach was used instead of hip arthroscopy, and the bone-wax granuloma which caused the patient's second admission was removed. An overview of the development of bone-wax is discussed.
