- Abstract
The article describes the case of 36-year-old man who was diagnosed with pseudolymphomatous leutic lymphadenitis related to B cell clonality. The patient underwent surgical removal of a 5 x 2 x 2.5 centimeter (cm) lymph node. He also underwent serology for syphilis, which resulted positive, and the patient was treated with a single dose of intramuscular benzathine penicillin.
