- Abstract
Information about the Mental Health Decree 2010 which focuses on diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, imposed by the Fiji government is discussed. Topics of the resolution include protection from discrimination for persons with mental disorders, the availability of mental health facilities (MHF) within public hospitals and the respect for rights of patients for a high quality mental healthcare. The Fiji government also outlines developments on its mental health care services.
