- Abstract
The article presents a case of a 54-year-old man who is suffering from chronic back pain, reported long-standing middle back, bilateral feet, and hip pain which became severe during the last few years. The pain was described as aching, severe burning, increased when walking and decreased with heat and medications. The author discusses the use of spinal cord stimulation of the cervical dorsal columns.
