- Title
An Analytical Teaching Model for Dental Students--The Dynamics of Vendors, Consumers, and the Practice of Dentistry.
- Authors
Frazier, P. Jean; Jenny, Joanna
- Abstract
The article presents analytic teaching models used by dental students to increase their awareness and understanding of problems in meeting the dental health needs of the U.S. population. It has been mentioned that these models are made generalizable to the education and training of other health science students. In this context, the three major parts of the dental care delivery system are addressed. The author explained that dental students have difficulty perceiving the attitudes and structural forces that made the dental health care system what it is now.
