- Abstract
The author reflects on intradialytic hypotension (IDH), as well as its clinical symptoms, potential complications, and possible treatments. Also cited are the effects of IDH in the morbidity and mortality of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients, IDH symptoms like dizziness, cramps, and blurred vision, possible IDH complications such as cardiac ischemia, arrhythmia, and sudden death, as well as midodrine as possible treatment.
