- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 42-year-old man with ileal conduit, spina bifida, and obstructing 8 x 15-millimeter (mm) proximal right-sided ureteral calculus. It says that the ureteral stent was placed across renal collecting system via the ileal conduit when the interventional radiologist was unable to keep the distal end of the ureteral stent. It mentions that an elective left percutaneous nephrolithotomy was performed. Moreover, the image of the ureteral stent is presented.
