- Abstract
The article discusses a study which explores the relationship between interval feedback and self-efficacy toward umpiring netball games. The study used quantitative and qualitative methods to assess factors relevant to netball umpire performance. The quantitative study showed that there was no significant effect of introducing interval feedback, while the qualitative study indicates large intra-individuals responses.
