- Abstract
Dear Sirs, In cerebellopontine angle (CPA) tumors, the vertical strabismus is rare since the oculomotor and trochlear nerves are located superior to the CPA [[1]]. We report a patient with isolated trochlear nerve palsy due to a large CPA tumor and present a clinical assessment to exclude skew deviation as a cause of vertical strabismus.
