- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit's ruling in the 2012 case Marsh v. County of San Diego which deals with state laws, the disclosure of private information, and a parent's constitutionally protected right to privacy in regards to her child's autopsy photos. Other topics include the right to Due Process under the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, as well as the nation's Freedom of Information Act and the California laws on autopsy photos.
