- Abstract
Digital marketing can bring more agility, low cost, customization according to customer needs, absence of geographic limitations and service to the growing number of users. Following these yearnings, the objective was to establish digital marketing strategies for an accounting firm located in Santa Maria/RS. The research is classified as applied, using the technical procedures of the SWOT matrix, benchmarking and the proposition of a marketing plan adapted from Carvalho (2017). Among the results, benchmarking identified points of improvement for digital marketing strategies and, thus, scope objectives were outlined, namely: having an established marketing and digital communication policy; increase the company's digital presence; improve the articulation of ideas on social media, seeking to consolidate relationships, improving the loyalty of followers; improve the customer experience on the company's website; increase the customer base and managed condominiums; and, improve relationships with existing customers. To meet the objectives, actions were outlined that focus on the website and digital media. It is hoped that this article's analyzes will contribute by supporting decision-making regarding the relevance of adopting digital marketing in companies.
