- Abstract
The article reflects on health care reforms and plans under the visions and priorities of leading candidates for President of the U.S. including Republican candidate John McCain and Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. He relates that none of the Presidential candidates offered a direct access to medical care and none of them have reflected on the realistic way of bearing the growing cost of health care. An overview of their proposals and Mandate Model is presented.
