- Abstract
The article focuses on the result of nucleotide sequencing experiments which examined the genes, exons and mutations invovled in patients with essential thrombocythemia (ET). Novel heterozygous mutations were identified in exon 1 and exon 11 of TOP1MT proteins in these experiments. A study by Y. Hou et al. which applied single-cell exome sequencing and monoclonal evolution of a JAK-2 negative myeloproliferative neoplam is cited.
