- Abstract
The article offers information on a vaccine trial concerning the efficacy of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class II genes modulate vaccine for the prevention of HIV-1 infection. Topics discussed include impact of DQB1 06 on the association of vaccine-induced Env-specific IgA levels with HIV-1 acquisition; identification of amino acid residues; and comparison between the amino acid distributions in the vaccine and placebo groups.
