- Abstract
The article discusses the chemistry integration of Module Efficiently Calculating the Chemistry of the Atmosphere (MECCA) version 2.5 in the modal aerosol version of the National Center for Atmospheric Research's (NCAR) Community Atmosphere Model (CAM) version 3.6.33 of the Community Earth System Model (CESM). It says that three Rosenbrock solvers have been tested in line with the modal CAM. It mentions that the MECCA chemistry has showed a systematic frequency distribution for the solvers.
