- Abstract
Progress in the rational development of therapy for patients with epidermal growth factor receptor‐mutant lung cancer depends on pursuing multiple parallel approaches to the problem of resistance. New treatment strategies evaluating not only new drugs, but also novel dosing strategies and novel combinations based on off‐target mechanisms of resistance and general principles of tumor biology, have great potential to improve treatments for patients with epidermal growth factor receptor‐mutant lung cancer.
