- Abstract
The article reports on the ruling of the National Environmental Dispute Resolution Commission in Korea, which ordered a contractor to pay 42 million won to a livestock raiser who lost a big part of his business due to construction noise. According to the commission, the evidence was clear since most of the farmer's cows manifested reproduction disorder and weight loss due to the noise. In addition, the amount to be given was the overall cost of the damage.
