- Abstract
The article focuses on the Article on bulk sales in the proposed Uniform Commercial Code in the U.S. and its effect on the existing commercial practices. It also discusses the differences in the legislations enacted by New York and Pennsylvania on the issue. It also presents the definition of goods, inventory, equipment and transfers as mentioned in the Article. According to the author, the use of the escrow arrangement could increase if section related to the application of proceeds is included in the final draft.
