- Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted on post-vaccination side effects of the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine in Singapore. Topics discussed include symptoms of wild type measles including fever and rashes, virological investigations of post MMR vaccine fever and rash, and analysis of specimens for measles confirmation by using immunofluorescence and real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) methods.
