In assessing of found information, we used content analysis, showing that most of workers act in a standardized way regarding to thinking, feeling/perceiving and acting in relation to work and to the company. It was concluded that organizational culture elements (values, feelings and behaviors) can influence in (re)construction of workers' identity, revealing as fundamental factors to the understanding how they perceive the company and build their self-concept.
