- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 40-year-old woman presented with cognitive decline and with limbic encephalitis who underwent brain biopsy and diagnosed with Extranodalnatural killer-T cell lymphoma and unresponsive to external stimuli. She was reported with extensive disease involving bilateral basal ganglia, bilateral frontotemporal lobes and brainstem and after completion of six courses of treatment, she had become responsive to external stimuli, but with minimal motor improvement.
