- Abstract
This article discusses the use of hyaluronic acid (HA) in the management of erythematous rosacea, a chronic inflammatory skin condition. The study focuses on the use of a topical device containing low molecular weight HA (LMWHA) and an injectable device called Hyal-system ACP, which slowly releases LMWHA into the skin. The study presents two cases of female patients with erythematous rosacea who showed improvement in skin quality and reduction in red areas after one month of treatment with Hyal-system ACP and HA cream. The article suggests that this treatment approach may have a promising role in managing erythematous rosacea, but further research is needed to confirm these results.
