- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old primigravida female patient who was brought to the emergency department with mild cramping abdominal pain. It reveals that the patient was around seven weeks pregnant. Following a normal speculum examination, a transvaginal ultrasound was performed by her attending physician. A large endometrial mass with multiple anechoic cystic structures similar to a cluster of grapes were found. She was admitted for dilatation and curettage following a diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic disease was conducted.
