- Title
LACAN AND THE DESIRE OF KOJÈVE'S DESIRE.
- Authors
Rodrigues Lima De Almeida, João José
- Abstract
This article defends the thesis that Kojève's negative ontology is the leading operator in the Lacanian psychoanalytic theory. This form of philosophical comprehension has, in his theory, the following reflexes: (a) his conception of language tends towards an idealism; (b) negativity is employed to provide a desubstantialized explanation of how desire is organized; (c) it is through the Kojèvian anthropology that Lacan aspires to a peculiar scientificity to psychoanalysis, centered around paradoxical logical formulations of a supposed subjectivity without psychology.
