- Title
Elderly's Exercise Attitudes.
- Abstract
The article presents an abstract of a study by K. E. Mobily and colleagues, originally published in the "Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly, which examined exercise attitudes among elderly individuals. The study found that older males were more likely to exercise than females. The influence of attitude on exercise participation was mediated by age. The more positive the attitude, the greater the negative impact of age on exercise practices.
