- Abstract
Presents a study that examined the effects of the oxadiazine insecticide indoxacarb and its N-decarbomethoxylated metabolite (DCJW) on tetrodotoxin-resistant voltage-gated sodium channels in rat dorsal ganglion neurons using the whole-cell patch clamp technique. Discussion on the voltage clamp experiments; Findings of data analysis; Effects of indoxacarb and DCJW on action potentials.
