- Abstract
A biography of Robert J. Keith, chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of the Pillsbury Company. He began his marketing career as a sales merchandiser with Pillsbury in 1935. In 1950 he was elected to the position of vice president, in 1953 he became a director, in 1956 he became executive vice president, and in 1965 became the company's president. The author notes Keith's contributions to marketing research and to the field of decision making.
