- Abstract
This article focuses on the advantages of the study in religious practices as the main element of the religious turn. It outlines the benefits of religious practices which served as a starting point of religious scholarship in literature, and highlights the different activities in religious seminars which have raised reasonable hopes, and enables Christian scholars to enrich their understanding by providing explications of faith and theology. However, it points out that religious scholars of literature are required to explain for themselves the role of religious practice in their professional reading and to identify the role of interpretation in the religious practices of faith communities.
