- Abstract
Compared to other lung related lesions such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) or congenital high airway obstruction syndrome, lungs in CPAM grow well even though other lungs were compressed prenatally. Although CPAM is an occupied lesion in the lungs, the rest of lung grow and sometimes compensate for the mass.
